Completely freaking out

But Lord knows I’ll somehow out myself or someone involved so I won’t say much.

I have 2 paypal disputes against me (well, one a claim and one a dispute) and they are NOT my transactions. I know – “how they heck…??”

Want some advice? DO NOT help anyone when it comes to your money.

    #13 – by the sounds of it, Jenna, as the customer service rep for Mutts, took payments on behalf of Michelle. So when the mamas didn’t get their diapers OR any communication from Mutts, they filed a PP dispute on their payment, which HAPPENED to be on Jenna’s PP account, instead of Michelle.

I’ll admit I always thought she was kinda slow to ship, when she could keep stocking at an amazing pace- all parts are important, y’know- but still, decent quality, decent reputation she’s just tossed. If she had grown with a brain instead of moronically she could have had a super-popular diaper. Either stay small & take care of business or think your shit through. Luckily for buyers there are so many chances to read feedback now, anyone who looks into Mutts will know the shady bits.

    & Jenna, I bet she wanted to be popular. My take on snotty bitches is frequently low self esteem. She got a chance to be the front person of a sometimes-big-name WAHM & she grabbed it without understanding it was going to be a shitload of WORK (which I’d say she didn’t want to do), and now has let herself be screwed over for the same reason.

    & one more thing- if you have bought from her on HC & had a problem, PLEASE PLEASE make sure to leave feedback (I just went & checked hers there). She’s close to the shop-being-suspended point, but she does have LOTS of good feedback too & it’s so much better if everyone knows when a WAHM is going down the tubes. That last burst of all negative feedback is always sad, especially because people will wait for others to leave bad feedback first, and then more people will get ripped off.

    To the ones who chose to voice their opinions without being nasty, judgmental and downright bitchy about it – you are right to an extent. I agree that her poor choices as of late have made me look bad.

    But I didn’t take on the position in the first place to get some sort of hero award. Not at all. I genuinely wanted to help. And trust me, my compensation wasn’t what you guys dream up in your heads, I’m sure. HOURS were spent emailing back and forth with customers and then Michelle trying to figure out why so and so had the same order number as someone else and why so and so hasn’t received her custom and so on. It was mind numbingly frustrating. A simple part time gig on the side turned into hours every night. It got pretty insane. And people were pissed so it was basically my job to talk them off the ledge.

    I am not going to drag Michelle’s name through the mud. You can all think what you want of her and I have my own opinions that I will not disclose here. But the bottom line is that I do not work for her anymore nor will I be working for her again in the near future.

    I never had access to Michelle’s books, paypal account, store, etc. Never. All I did was answer emails. What I could not answer, I’d submit in a daily email and wait for her response. That was it. Sometimes the email was a couple pages, sometimes only one issue.

    I have no “explanations” because I never did anything wrong. Nothing to explain. I did what I was asked to do.

    There was no stealing, skimming off the top, accepting payments for diapers to somehow cover Michelle – ??? I don’t even know where that comes from.

So I asked Jenna if she could send the payment to her, with a CC. She said yes. Well it backfired. The package got lost, still is lost, and the chick filed a PP claim against Jenna. B/c thats who she paid. Pretty simple.

She wants me to cancel my pp claim so she can send a refund for one of the diapers. She never apologized or anything. I will be leaving negative feedback everywhere I can. FTR Jenna helped me as much as she was able too. Michelle wouldn’t get back w/her either.
    My bad luck streak continues.

    It’s sad to see that Michelle is so crappy at managing her business. A friend of mine started a custom with her in November of last year. She had a few more open slots and offered 4 of them to me. Since I was so sick of the crazy stockings, I jumped in. It took until April for Michelle to get her shit together and actually start on the diapers. I paid in April and got my diapers in May. Of course, she forgot to send one of the diapers, and of course, it was a HTF fabric. Then, of course, she couldn’t find it and had to make a new one. So in JUNE, I finally got my diaper.

    I still love mutts (the diaper, not the business), and I have had great luck with them. They fit well, are made well, and have held up well. We’re pl’ing right now, so I’m a little sad to see these cute dipes go. It’s unfortunate that I refuse to buy anymore from her, no matter how great the dipes are. When I do get pg again, I’ll be searching for a new great fitted.

    I dunno, I just feel that if I say I am going to do something in a specific time frame, and for whatever reason I am not able to do it, I feel I owe it to the buyer to make up for that fact.     #66, I’ve had orders screwed up 3 times. Two times the WAHM sent me a little bonus as an apology (one was a cute wipe, the other was an extra insert) as a result both of those mamas have now made A LOT of money of my repeat business and probably a good bit off of my recommending them to other mamas. The third mama screwed up my order, sent me an email that said, “oops sorry these things happen” and that was it. I have not ordered from her again… not because I didn’t “get” something, but because I felt like the other mamas deserved my business because they went out of their way to make up for a mistake. They earned my repeat business and all of the good recommendations I can give them.
